She was sooo tiny, and the contrast is boosted on this picture a little, her skin was pretty reddish.
But look at the girl now! The contrast of her pale skin and her daddy's tan, tattooed arms will always be awesome to me.
She has blue eyes, and chubby cheeks!
And gets excited about things!
She ponders...
And occasionally plays like a dog (look at that cute, scrunched up nose!).
This is one happy, happy baby.
But she still ponders the deeper meaning of life quite a bit for a 4.5 month old.
And to top it off I have Rylie holding her favorite flower-- a black eyed Susan. Because, after all, I am her favorite aunt!
Note: her other aunts may disagree. Don't listen to them!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! yes we're foster parents...foster care is scary - but when it's your time to do it you'll know. your family has to be in the right place. is your hubby scared of getting attached? he will. how can you not. but i will tell you one thing...it will build your faith faster than anything i've see.
oh - and the baby's EYES are beautiful!!
