A 100 year flood is basically a 1 in 100 chance that a flood that size will happen in any given year. So... statistically, it's gonna happen eventually.
At any rate... I've seen two in my life now. Well... not really two... I'm watching this one from a distance. It's in Atlanta right now... but I'm in Mississippi.
How lucky that I'm here this week and don't have to deal with that! Hopefully my kitty cat is ok!
