Did you know...

Our country is fighting a war right now?

I know that sounds funny, but I often forget. Why? Because I don't have a brother, uncle, cousin, dad, husband, or best friend that's over there. It hasn't really affected us over here, unless we know someone who is over there.

It's sad, because it means that they are doing a great job. When they do a great job, we don't notice as much because we are affected so little in our everyday lives.

So as you're going through your everyday life, remember that there are men and women over there willing to do the things that we are not (I am not). If it weren't for their bravery, then we would be screwed. Send up a prayer.
